  • What is Hockey Lockers Return Policy?
    Return Policy
    At Hockey Locker, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can shop with confidence, knowing that we stand behind our products. All returns and exchanges must be received within 7 days of the date of purchase, and the product must be returned in its original packaging, in 'as new' and re-saleable condition. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used products, special orders or customized merchandise. Undergarments are not returnable or exchangeable for any reason.

    Returns
    For credit or return for exchange be sure to keep your freight receipt until credit is issued, as Hockey Locker reserves the right to require proof of delivery of the return shipment prior to issuing any credit. We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

    Unfortunately we are unable to refund freight costs on your return unless the error was ours. However if you are returning an item because of an error we made please call us at 64 7 849 2433.

    Exchanges
    We understand that sometimes products need to be exchanged for a different size - Hockey Locker will gladly exchange any new product for a different size, color, or item. You will be charged the cost of freight for the replacement product being sent back to you.

    Refusal of Package
    If parcels are refused, original and return freight charges will be charged to your original form of payment.

    Please note: Refunds or exchanges on clearance or special goods are excluded from the above.
  • Does Hockey Locker offer the the same products online and in stores?
    Most of the products found on our website can be found in our stores, although sometimes we may have a "web only" special offering.

    a. Products are subject to availability depending on the location. Please call the local store to check availability.
    b. Not all of the items sold in our stores are available online.
    c. We add items regularly so check back with us soon.
  • Are Hockey Lockers online prices the same as they are in their retail stores?
    Yes, we try to keep our prices as consistent as possible.
  • Does Hockey Locker offer Gift Vouchers?
    Yes, please email or phone for a gift voucher. Amounts are available from $25 upwards. Please see the couchers department of the shop.
 

Freight & Shipping

  • How does Hockey Locker determine FREIGHT costs?
    Freight is normally calculated for packages upto 5kgs or 0.075m3, as such freight charges can vary accordingly. Using the attached New Zealand Map below, provides for typical postages; colours as follows:

    Pink Area: $5.00
    Orange Area: $7.00
    Blue Area: $10.00
    Grey Area: $15.00 2 day delivery
    Grey Area: $25.00 next day delivery
  • How long do orders usually take to ship and arrive?
    Most orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
